Pricing & Recurring Billing Disclosures

1. Currency Denomination & Transparent Plan Pricing

All prices on CecAI Studio are denominated and processed strictly in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Current standard commercial tiers:

Zero Hidden Surcharges: There are zero setup fees, activation surcharges, platform licensing royalties, or monthly maintenance costs. If using an international card, your issuing bank may apply standard currency conversion rates.

2. Recurring Billing Terms & Continuous Subscription Disclosure

In strict compliance with international card brand regulations (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Stripe Merchant Standards:

• Billing Frequency: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly schedule (every 30 calendar days).
• Billing Anniversary: Your monthly billing cycle commences on the exact date of your initial transaction and recurs on that same calendar day every month (the "Billing Anniversary").
• Automated Recurring Charges: By subscribing, you grant continuous authority to CEC AUTOMATION AI SOLUTIONS to charge your saved payment card automatically on each Billing Anniversary.
• Advance Billing: All SaaS subscription fees are billed in advance of the applicable service month.
• Automatic Renewal Receipt: Upon each successful recurring charge, an itemized tax invoice and payment receipt are automatically emailed to your designated billing contact.

3. Advance Notice Protocol for Price Modifications

We guarantee price stability for all active subscribers. If subscription fees are modified in the future:

• We will provide a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days' advance written notice delivered directly to your administrative email;
• The notice will clearly outline the revised pricing, effective date, and comparison with your existing plan;
• If you do not accept the updated price, you may cancel your subscription prior to the effective date without penalty or administrative charges.

4. Payment Security & PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliance

We implement the highest global payment security standards to protect cardholder information:

• Certified Level 1 Service Provider: All credit and debit card transactions are processed directly by Stripe, Inc., certified to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1 (the most stringent security certification in the payments industry).
• Zero Storage of Raw Card Data: CecAI Studio servers and databases never receive, process, or store raw 16-digit credit card numbers, CVV/CVC verification codes, or card PINs. Payment credentials are tokenized directly within the user's browser using Stripe's encrypted JavaScript SDK.
• End-to-End Encryption: All checkout sessions and payment communications require TLS 1.3 encryption with strict HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) headers and 256-bit AES algorithms.

5. Multi-Channel Payment Acceptance

We support multiple verified payment methods for Malaysian and international legal entities:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express with 3D Secure / OTP authentication;
• Malaysian Online Banking (FPX): Direct corporate and personal bank debit via Financial Process Exchange (FPX) covering all major Malaysian banking institutions;
• Enterprise Corporate Transfer / DuitNow: Annual enterprise contracts may be settled via direct corporate bank transfer or DuitNow upon request to billing@cecaiautomation.my.

6. Sales and Service Tax (SST) & LHDN e-Invoicing Compliance

All subscription fees and transactions comply with the regulations of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department and the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri - LHDN):

• Official tax invoices featuring our corporate registration number (SSM: 202603162088) are generated automatically and stored permanently in your billing portal;
• Law firms requiring specific firm tax registration numbers or SST exemption certificates reflected on invoices may configure their firm tax profile under Firm Settings > Invoicing Details.

7. Failed Payment Protocol, Smart Retries & Grace Period

To prevent accidental interruptions to critical land office filings and property completion deadlines due to temporary bank issues or expired cards:

• Immediate Failure Alert: If a recurring charge fails, an automated notification is sent immediately detailing the decline reason (e.g. insufficient funds, card expired, bank fraud block);
• 3-Day Operational Grace Period: Your CecAI Studio access and conveyancing pipelines remain fully active during a three (3) day grace period;
• Automated Smart Retries: Our billing engine initiates smart retries on Day 1, Day 3, and Day 5 following the initial decline;
• Account Suspension (Zero Data Deletion): If payment is not resolved following the grace period, workspace access is paused. Your historical conveyancing files, client matters, and extracted templates are preserved safely without deletion for thirty (30) days pending reactivation.

8. Proration Calculations for Plan Adjustments

When switching subscription tiers mid-cycle:

• Upgrades: The difference between your previous plan and the new plan is prorated to the exact remaining days in your billing period and charged immediately. Your new quota is activated instantly;
• Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the conclusion of your current billing period, ensuring you receive the full quota for which payment was previously rendered.
