Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

1. Nature of Goods and Services

CecAI Studio™ is an advanced, proprietary cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing artificial intelligence document extraction, Malaysian land title OCR (*Geran Hakmilik*), legal entity reconciliation, and automated conveyancing document assembly.

Zero Physical Shipment: The Company does NOT manufacture, package, store, or physically dispatch physical goods, boxed discs, printed manuals, or hardware devices. All services, software functionality, and documentation are delivered strictly via electronic telecommunications across secure HTTPS/TLS 1.3 web sessions and programmatic REST API endpoints.

2. Automated Instant Electronic Provisioning Pipeline

We implement an event-driven, automated provisioning architecture designed to deliver enterprise software access to law firms instantaneously upon payment confirmation.

2.1 The 4-Stage Provisioning Lifecycle

1. Stage 1: Real-Time Payment Authorization (< 5 seconds): When you submit payment on our checkout page, our payment partner (Stripe, Inc.) verifies your card via 3D Secure / OTP. Upon confirmation, Stripe broadcasts a cryptographically signed webhook event (checkout.session.completed) directly to our provisioning cluster.
2. Stage 2: Tenant Isolation & Workspace Generation (< 15 seconds): Our cluster automatically allocates a distinct, logically isolated tenant environment, provisions customer-specific encryption keys (AES-256), and registers your organization domain.
3. Stage 3: Credential Generation & Transactional Email Dispatch (< 30 seconds): The system generates your primary administrative credentials and production REST API tokens, compiles an official SST tax invoice, and dispatches an automated onboarding package to your registered checkout email address.
4. Stage 4: Quota Allocation & Instant Web Activation (< 60 seconds total): Your designated monthly document processing quota (e.g. 150 pages for Starter, 1,000 pages for Professional) is activated immediately, allowing your conveyancing staff to log in and parse deeds within one minute of purchase.

3. Components of the Delivered Digital Package

Upon fulfillment, the subscriber receives immediate access to the following software assets:

• Web Application Workspace: Full browser access to the CecAI Studio Console at cecaiautomation.my with role-based access control (Admin, Solicitor, Conveyancing Clerk);
• Developer API Access Tokens: Production Bearer tokens allowing direct integration of our DocIntelligence™ OCR into your firm's existing practice management systems;
• Malaysian Legal Template Library: Pre-configured automated legal assemblies including National Land Code Borang 14A (Memorandum of Transfer), Borang 16A (Charge), Subsale Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA), Developer Schedule G/H contracts, and LHDN stamp duty reconciliation workflows;
• Official Electronic Tax Invoice: Official PDF invoice bearing corporate registration number (SSM: 202603162088) suitable for law firm accounting and taxation records.

4. Continuous Platform Delivery & Operational Availability

Delivery of CecAI Studio is continuous and persistent throughout the duration of your active subscription:

• 24/7/365 Enterprise Cloud Architecture: Hosted across redundant, high-availability ASEAN data centers (Malaysia and Singapore) with Cloudflare global edge network acceleration.
• 99.98% Target Uptime SLA: We commit to maintaining 99.98% platform operational availability. Real-time telemetry, latency monitors, and historical uptime metrics are publicly audited 24/7 at cecaiautomation.my/status.html.
• Zero Local Hardware or Server Requirements: The platform runs entirely in the cloud. Law firms require zero local servers, virtual machines, or on-premise database installations.

5. Continuous Rolling Updates & Regulatory Alignment

Legal regulations, state land office procedures, and e-Tanah registry requirements change periodically. Our engineering team continuously maintains and updates our core models and form templates:

• Zero-Downtime Deployment: Platform updates, security patches, and OCR model refinements are deployed using canary blue-green deployments with zero scheduled downtime;
• Automatic Template Updates: When state land registries (e.g. Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Selangor, WPKL, Johor, Pulau Pinang) revise statutory formatting guidelines, updated templates are reflected automatically in your workspace at zero additional cost;
• Zero Customer Maintenance Burden: Law firm IT staff never need to install software updates, manage patches, or update local dependencies.

6. Technical Pre-requisites & Browser Compatibility

To access the delivered software services, subscribers require:

• Supported Web Browsers: Any modern, standards-compliant web browser supporting TLS 1.3 and WebAssembly, including Google Chrome (v110+), Microsoft Edge (v110+), Mozilla Firefox (v115+), and Apple Safari (v16+);
• Network Requirements: Broadband internet connectivity with minimum 5 Mbps download/upload bandwidth for document scanning ingestion;
• File Formats Supported: Ingestion of Malaysian legal documents in PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, and DOCX formats up to 100 MB per file.

7. Delayed Provisioning Support & Manual Escalation Protocol

If you have completed checkout but have not received your automated provisioning email within ten (10) minutes:

1. Check Spam & Corporate Quarantine: Law firm email systems often employ aggressive spam firewalls (e.g. Mimecast, Barracuda) that occasionally quarantine automated emails containing system credentials. Check your spam and quarantine folders for messages from support@cecaiautomation.my;
2. Use Self-Serve Account Recovery: Visit cecaiautomation.my, click "Forgot Password / Resend Activation", and input the exact email address used at Stripe checkout;
3. Manual Engineering Escalation: If access is still not restored, email our dedicated customer success team at support@cecaiautomation.my. Our technical engineers will manually verify the Stripe payment identifier, provision your workspace, and provide direct administrative credentials within one (1) business hour.

8. Data Backups, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

To safeguard customer document integrity and ensure uninterrupted delivery:

• Automated Hourly Snapshots: Encrypted matter databases and OCR extraction logs undergo automated snapshots every 60 minutes with point-in-time recovery capabilities;
• Geographic Data Redundancy: All transactional state is replicated synchronously across dual availability zones within the ASEAN region;
• Recovery Time Objective (RTO) & Point Objective (RPO): We maintain an RPO of less than 15 minutes and an RTO of under 2 hours in the event of catastrophic regional infrastructure failures.
